What Linux download?...

A few minutes ago my friend said me
that he can download me and write on CD-R one version of Linux. (only one! ).
So I have a chance:
Im going to download RedHat 9 or ASPLinux 9 or SuSE(by the way where I can down load FREE, NOT TEST version of SuSE?).
What Linux should I download (sorry, my friend should to download )

You can find most ISO Images on www.linuxiso.org.
Im currently using gentoo linux, but thats propably not, waht you want, because you have to build everything on your own (I like to have total control)...
Id suggest Redhat.

Its the "Russion Red Hat" (full compatible)?

Red Hat or SuSE are good. SuSE is easier than Red Hat.
